Age-Friendly Initiative for a Regional Nonprofit
We supported a regional nonprofit serving older adults in evaluating its service model through the lens of age-friendly domains. Our work included conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping service gaps in transportation and social inclusion, and facilitating community listening sessions. The result was a practical action plan to guide program expansion, inform future funding proposals, and strengthen cross-sector partnerships to better support aging in place.
Citywide Economic Security Assessment for a Mayoral Office
At the request of a mayoral administration, we facilitated the development of a citywide economic security strategy involving over a dozen municipal departments. Our role included cross-departmental coordination, analysis of existing programs, and integration of resident feedback through community forums. The final deliverable was a multi-year framework with aligned goals across workforce development, housing stability, and financial empowerment—supported by a communications and implementation plan designed to ensure accountability and cross-agency momentum.
Market Pivot for a Community-Based Business
Supported a beloved local business in redefining its customer base, conducting a Market Gap Analysis, and updating its brand identity. Through community-centered strategy and competitive analysis, we helped the business transition successfully to new ownership, preserving its legacy while preparing it for the future.
